# Spending Limits

> Configure spending limits in Onyx

## Overview

Spending limits allow you to configure LLM rate limits and throttling settings.
These settings are found in the **Admin Panel** under **Appearance & Theming**.

Rate limits can be applied globally, by User, or by User Group.
